 L'E-commerce Berlin Expo s'est achevée Jeudi 19 Février après deux jours d'effervescence ! Le principal salon allemand du E-commerce a mis l'accent sur les nouvelles tendances de  ce secteur. En outre, l'essor de l'intelligence artificielle (IA) et ses bénéfices pour les entreprises  sont indéniables:  -elle représente un gain de temps considérable. En effet, 81% des professionnels estiment que l'IA  leur permet de s'affranchir des taches manuels pour se consacrer à des missions plus importantes. -elle permet aux société d'optimiser l'expérience client (UX) à hauteur de 67% en répondant plus  facilement aux attentes des clients. -l'IA permet d'accroitre les revenus de 15% , et le le Retour sur investissement de 20% selon  McKinsey.
